Mascara with glitter has become very popular, but how well does it actually work? There are many different mascaras with glitter, but we have chosen to 'test' the Volume Million Lashes Diamantissime from L'oreal. In the commercial, you'll see Eva Longoria with these beautiful, long, glitter lashes, but if we do a 'reality check', the result is the eye to the right above. Disappointing!
And that is why we created a fun alternative. We add our own glitter! You just have to get some mascara on your lashes, a little glitter from GOSH (Gold Dust) using a brush – and the result is the left eye above! Yeah, okay, we admit that it maybe kinda looks like white mascara, but it's all because of the camera! It just couldn't get the glitter on the picture at first. So we added a little extra glitter. The result of the first round was prettiest. Tip! Apply only a little glitter on the lashes – add too much glitter, and it will be all over you and in our case it looks like white mascara.
